What is Greteg?

Greteg is a short-cycle property co-investment company. We identify distressed and undervalued properties in South-South, South-West, and South-East Nigeria, add value where needed (renovation, repositioning, or direct resale), and exit within 6 to 12 months. Investors pool capital in positions of ₦3,000,000 each and receive a proportional share of the return at exit.

Do I need to be in Nigeria to invest?

No. The entire process — deposits, deal documentation, updates, and payouts — is managed without requiring your physical presence. The ground team is your presence in the market.

What currency do I deposit in?

You can deposit in any currency. Every deposit converts to Nigerian Naira at the official CBN rate on the day of arrival. Your account balance is always tracked in naira.

What is the minimum investment?

₦3,000,000 per position. You can hold up to five positions in a single deal. More positions mean a larger proportional share of the return.

What happens to my money while I save toward the ₦3M threshold?

Every deposit converts to naira at the CBN rate and is credited to your Greteg account immediately. Your balance is visible after every deposit. The ground team is actively sourcing deals while you save.

How does Greteg make money?

Accepted Answer

Two fees. A 3% operations fee on every monthly deposit — this keeps the ground team active. A 7% transaction fee on the total sale value at exit. Both are disclosed before you commit to any deal.

What is the 20% minimum return rule?

Greteg will not enter any deal unless we are confident the exit will be at least 20% above the acquisition price. This is the floor — not a target. When exits go higher, 100% of the additional profit flows to investors after our standard 7% transaction fee on the real exit price.

What if a deal does not perform as expected?

In rare cases, investors may see a loss of 5–10% of capital. We operate across a portfolio of deals — strong performance elsewhere absorbs rare losses. We communicate every deal outcome fully and immediately at close.

Can I invest in more than one deal at a time?

Yes. As your balance grows and deals become available, you can participate in multiple concurrent deals. Your Investor Relations contact will guide you on what is available.

What is a typical deal timeline?

6 to 12 months from acquisition to exit. Our portfolio has closed deals in as few as 6 months and as many as 12. We target a minimum of 3 deals per year per investor.

Yes. Greteg is registered in Nigeria under the Corporate Affairs Commission. All investment agreements are formal, written, and signed by all parties before capital is committed.
